Cancellation Policy

We understand that life doesn't always go according to plan, and sometimes appointments need to be adjusted. To ensure fairness and respect for both our clients and practitioners, we have the following cancellation policy:

All sales are final: Cancellations of appointments or services will not result in a refund.

However, we value your well-being and want to support your wellness journey. Therefore, upon cancellation:

  • You will receive in-store credit for the full amount of your canceled appointment or service.

  • This credit can be used towards rescheduling the same session: simply contact us to rebook with a suitable time and practitioner.

  • Alternatively, you can use the credit towards a different session of equal or lesser value. We offer a variety of services and products, so find what best suits your current needs.

Cancellation window:

  • To receive full in-store credit, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% credit towards future services.

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for any credit.

Please note:

  • This policy applies to all appointments and services, including individual sessions, workshops, classes, and retreats.

  • If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss. We are always understanding and will try our best to accommodate your needs.
